Booking data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and offers standard contractual clauses for international transfers.
What the service is
The site presents in-home wellbeing treatments (comfort massage, hammam, exfoliation) carried out where the client is staying in Marrakech and the surrounding area.
These are wellbeing and relaxation treatments. They are not medical acts, diagnoses, physiotherapy or therapeutic treatment, and they do not replace medical advice.
The online form is a request for availability. It is not a confirmation: a booking is firm only once we have explicitly confirmed it by phone, WhatsApp or email.
Prices and payment
Prices are not shown on the site. The price of each request, in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), is sent to the client on WhatsApp with the booking summary, and the client confirms it before the appointment.
Payment is made on the day, after the treatment. No payment is taken when the online request is submitted, and this site collects no card details.
Cancellation, lateness and access
A confirmed booking can be cancelled free of charge up to four hours before the agreed time, by phone, WhatsApp or email.
If the therapist cannot reach the agreed location at the agreed time (an inaccurate address, a refusal by the property, or the client not being there), the treatment is treated as owed. We always contact you before it comes to that.
We may cancel or move an appointment for reasons of safety, therapist health, or impossibility of access. In that case nothing is owed and another time is offered.
Health and contraindications
You are responsible for telling us before the treatment about any pregnancy, recent injury, surgery, skin condition, allergy or ongoing medical treatment. The treatment is adapted accordingly, or postponed where necessary.
A therapist may decline or stop a treatment where it appears contraindicated, or in the event of inappropriate behaviour.
Intellectual property
The text, visual identity and structure of the site belong to the publisher. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
