So we show the absence instead. When real feedback exists it will appear here with its context, criticism included. A reviews page containing nothing but flawless praise is usually a sign that it has been filtered.
How we will ask for your feedback
After an appointment that actually happened, we invite you to leave a review, without pressure and without repeated chasing. We do not offer a discount in exchange for a rating: a bought review misinforms the next customer.
Nor do we select who we ask. If a session went badly, your feedback is more useful still, and it belongs here just as much.
What you can look at meanwhile
The verifiable things. The price is sent to you on WhatsApp with the booking summary, and you confirm it before the appointment. No payment is taken online, so a request costs you nothing financially. The hours, the areas served and the content of each treatment are described precisely rather than in vague terms.
Above all, you can write to us before booking and judge the reply. A clear, quick, non-evasive answer to a specific question will tell you more than a page of testimonials.
