How the arrival works
The therapist arrives at the agreed time, in neutral clothing, with the equipment in a closed carry bag. They greet you, ask where to set up, and leave the room while you get ready. Nothing starts until you are ready.
Before the treatment there is a short exchange: areas to work on, pressure you want, anything to avoid, any injuries or sensitivities. It takes two minutes and determines much of the result. Be direct; it helps.
Languages and communication
Our therapists work in French, English and Arabic. In practice that means you can explain precisely what you want, in one of three languages, without having to mime it.
If your language is not among them, it is still workable: the essential instructions, firmer, lighter, here, come across easily. Write it in your request and we will tell you what we can arrange for that slot.
What you can ask for
A male or female therapist, as you prefer: it is a common and legitimate request, just state it when booking. We confirm based on availability for that slot, and booking a little ahead widens the choice.
During the session you can ask at any point for more or less pressure, skip an area, or say you would rather not talk. None of that is a problem and nobody will take it badly.
We do not publish named profiles with photographs and qualifications, because we would rather show nothing than show claims you cannot verify. If you have a specific question about who is coming, ask beforehand and we will answer it.

Frequently asked questions
Can I ask for the same person as last time?
Yes, say so in your request. We will do our best with the schedule: if that person is not free for your slot, we will offer you another time rather than quietly send someone else.
Is it awkward being alone with a therapist?
It is a fair question and there is nothing improper about asking it. You stay covered throughout, the therapist leaves the room while you settle, and you can stop at any point. Nothing obliges you to continue if you are not comfortable.
Do I need to be there if I book for someone else?
No, but the person receiving the treatment must know and agree, and they are the one who needs to speak with the therapist at the start. Give us their first name and a direct contact for the confirmation.
Why do you not publish qualifications?
Because a list of claims you cannot check is not a guarantee. We would rather answer your specific questions before the appointment, and be judged on the treatment itself.
