Which channel to use
WhatsApp is the fastest and suits almost everything: a question before booking, a slot within the next two hours, a change of time, or an address you are unsure about. It is also the easiest from abroad, since there are no call charges.
Phone is useful when a situation is muddled and a three-minute conversation beats ten messages: a complicated access, organising a group, something unexpected on the day.
The booking form suits anything that is not urgent. Its eight questions collect what we need to answer you usefully first time, rather than going back and forth.
What is useful to tell us
The name of your accommodation rather than the neighbourhood, especially in the medina: that is what makes arrival reliable. The date and the time range that suit you. The number of people. And any particular constraint: stairs, access on foot, reduced mobility, an animal in the house.
If you do not know exactly where you are staying, that is not a problem. The form can detect your location and suggest the closest neighbourhood, and you can always answer that you are not sure.
Response times
During opening hours, 9am to 11pm, we usually reply within the hour on WhatsApp. Outside them, your message is handled first thing the next morning.
We would rather state a realistic delay than promise an instant reply. If something is urgent, say so in the message: it helps us prioritise it.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have premises I can visit?
No. We are a home-visit service: treatments happen where you are staying, in your hotel, riad or villa. There is no salon to call in at, and that is deliberate, since avoiding the journey is the whole point.
Do you reply outside opening hours?
Messages received overnight are handled first thing the next morning. We would rather say so than imply someone is watching the phone around the clock.
Can I write in Arabic or English?
Yes, all three languages work equally well in writing and on the phone. Use whichever lets you explain most precisely what you want.
Do I need to phone to book?
No. The form is enough and takes a minute or two. Phone is useful for complicated or urgent situations, not for an ordinary booking.
