The questions we get asked
What do I need to prepare before the therapist arrives?
Nothing in particular. We bring the table, linen, towels and oils. All you need is a clear space of about two by three metres, and for a hammam, an ordinary shower or bath.
Do you come to hotels?
Yes, to hotels, riads, villas and apartments in the areas we cover. Most hotels accept wellbeing providers: give us the property name and we check access before confirming.
How does payment work?
On the day, after the treatment. No online payment and no card asked for when booking. The price is sent to you on WhatsApp with your booking summary, and you confirm it with one tap.
Can I ask for a female or a male therapist?
Yes. State your preference when booking and we confirm it according to availability for your slot.
How far ahead should I book?
Same day is often possible, especially in the late afternoon. For a couples treatment or an evening slot in high season, book the day before.
I don’t know the name of my neighbourhood. Is that a problem?
No. The form can locate you, or you answer “I’m not sure” and we confirm the address with you on WhatsApp.
